Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and the price was very fair, and I would recommend the Surface Pro 4 to anyone looking to get a strong, high-performance device (especially other students). They were very professional and I think they deserve +5 stars. The seller contacted me quickly about questions and concerns I had with this product and arrived quicker than expected. This is an amazing deal for such a recent device. Everything came in perfect working order and was very easy to set up for my personal use. Right now, you can pick up a brand new Microsoft Surface Pro 8 for just 900, which is a massive 200 discount on the standard price of 1,100. This was a used product and there are some small hints to it (small scratches where the ports are located), but you wou ldn't be able to tell by the performance or condition. THe only thing I can complain about this product is the battery life is not that long (I constantly keep mine in battery saver mode and carry the charger with me at all times in case it gets too low and I can't afford for it to die). This is a great product for me being a student and needing the flexibility of a laptop with the bonus of doubling as a tablet. The surface works great for photoshop and other products because of the ability to draw percisely, but it also works just as well for computer processes. I ended up buying a UAG case for the added protection.
